SpinLab DJ Academy Terms & Student Policies
These policies ensure a safe, respectful, and empowering experience for all students. Please read carefully before participating.
1. Booking & Scheduling
Lessons must be booked in advance. Sessions are confirmed via email and scheduled based on instructor availability.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session.
3. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. In some cases, credit may be applied toward future lessons at SpinLab’s discretion.
4. Payments & Pricing
Full payment is required prior to your first session. Payment plans are available for multi-session packages like Certified Vibes.
5. Code of Conduct
Students must behave respectfully toward instructors, equipment, and other learners. SpinLab reserves the right to remove anyone violating this policy.
6. Media & Photography
Photos/videos may be taken during sessions and used for marketing. If you'd prefer not to be included, please let us know in writing.
7. Accessibility & Support
